At a very early age we discover our mobility. Everything is fresh and new and
exciting. We grow strong, enjoying all
of our moving parts.
Soon we become aware of the tracks, so we explore and test
our boundaries. This is great.
As we learn about friction and motion, we also find that
parts wear out. We are beginning to
require service. Over time we see the
mechanic more often and accept the realization that the track only goes in one
direction.
We are making odd noises now and seem to be letting off
steam more than usual.
We are tired as we head to the station and by the time we
actually arrive, we understand it's how it must be. We've had a good run, seen some things along
the way and are now looking forward to the quiet.
The station is a welcome site. It feels right and we come to a full stop.
