Dade County - Florida - Case 1141

From the looks of it, every member of the jury was a supermarket employee.  Now how was that fair?  I could see I wasn’t about to get an honest trial and the public defender assigned to my case looked about 12 years old.

Nobody had expected the supermarket to pursue this case, and yet they were acting like I had killed someone, not simply parked in the wrong spot.

Throughout the trial the judge kept looking at me like he’d have no issues tossing the book at me.  Apparently, his wife intended to pick up her grocery order but couldn’t because I was parked in the reserved pick-up spot.  I only found that out from hearing the bailiff discussing the execution of the lady who chose paper over plastic.

I didn't stand a chance.

And they are almost always empty when I am there! Delivery is so much easier!
