I’ve heard it called a thumb
drive and have heard it called a jump drive.
I am not leaning one way or the other.
I know they are handy and so far, dependable. I have gone through too many CD burners to
find them useful anymore.
With that, we have reached the
far edges of my technological knowledge.
A good part of me remains old school.
For 19 cents, I could buy a Bic pen.
It worked fine and when it was out of ink, it didn’t cost me
$60.00. It was simply another 19 cents.
The reason we were given
fingernails is so we could hang onto yesterday.
It slips away at an amazing pace.
Women tend to hold onto yesterday through the use of make-up, while men
tend to gravitate towards the classic cars of their youth.
I understand these have been unsolicited
opinions. I like to think they are
simply observations, formed from my view here at the back of the room. I’m more comfortable as far from the stage as
possible. Besides, it was YOU who sought
me out. Think about it… What kind of person clicks on a name like,
Zobostic? See? It was all you.
