Such awful
breath and vicious snorts
it chased me
while I tried to sleep -
Hawaiian
shirt, Bermuda shorts
a tacky
little creep.
So hard to
give this guy the slip
he followed
me from stem to stern
The two of
us and just one ship
you’d think
that I would learn.
I thought it
nice, but I was wrong
I didn’t
think I’d care –
when little
brothers tag along
on your
companion fare.
