Because, at the moment, there was no candy left in the jar, I
thought I could use it for other things.
There is a good lid on it and as long as I have had it, the candy has
never escaped on it’s own, so I figured whatever I put in there would be safe. It would stay put.
I have some old ideas I’ve been kicking around, maybe this
would be a good place to store them. It’s
sort-of transparent, so at a glance I could see them in here and remember what
I was going to do with them.
Maybe one or two good plot twists would fit. I can always use a good plot twist. Here I’d be, getting close to the end of a
story… I’d happen to look over at this jar and see a good one in here. Suddenly my story takes a sharp left
turn. Ha! You weren’t expecting that, now were you?
Then again, I could always use more facts. A jar this size should be able to hold
hundreds of facts. That could prove
quite handy. Okay, maybe not
hundreds. I’ll have to check on that.
I know how I am. I’ll
try a few things and then just end up buying more candy. But it was fun to think about for a minute.
