It's Quite a Rush

 

The roads are jammed, the freeway’s stopped

the subway’s overflowing –

They’re running out of traffic cops

where’s everybody going?

It isn’t lava spewing out, there’s not a tidal wave

and not a single zombie is crawling from his grave,

But the freeway’s stopped, the roads are jammed

It seems they’re going my way –

and all because it’s 5 o-clock

it happens every Friday.
