Socks are low maintenance

 

I never know which tug on the shoelace will finally snap it, leaving frayed ends and a bumpy ride ahead.  The drugstore aisle containing shoelaces tells me the cost of snug has risen, causing me to adjust my pros and cons list with respect to loafers.

 

That thought has been sitting towards the back of my mental junk drawer.  Not sure why I took it out today.
