I believe NASA should divert some funds towards exploring ways to defuse hurricanes and deflect tornadoes. 

Until the weather is controlled, all trailers within trailer parks should be secured with bungee cords, so even if they blow away, they’ll spring back.  The same for boats tied up to a dock. 

Individual rights and laws should travel with the person.  Ref: Cruise ships would have to respect the laws from where a particular passenger hails from.  The passenger should never be subjected to maritime law simply because they’re away from home looking through a porthole.  

There should be standardized pricing on all ice cream trucks catering to neighborhood children.  Also, if a child has to run more than 3 house lengths to catch up to the ice cream truck, they should get a substantial discount. 

Citizen Suggestions Boxes should be posted wherever there is a gas station, bank or convenience store, and should be checked weekly by the government.  Suggestion dispositions and scheduled actions should be posted wherever lotto tickets are sold.  Lotto money that is not given out as prize money should be spent on citizen suggestions.
