I'm so confused.

This says it is good for one person,
but the word seats is plural.

Can I occupy an entire row?

Can I sit in one seat and let my parrot sit in another?

Is it permissible to lay down?

Should I even bring my parrot?

Are all their tickets complimentary? 

How did they even get my name?

Did the parrot rescue center sell my information?

I wouldn't put it past them.
