How did it possibly get this far?
I encountered a bathroom sink
today that had the water faucet and the automatic soap dispenser right next to
each other. (Almost touching each other)
There was no hand movement at all
that didn’t result in another shot of foamy soap shooting out.
In other words, it was impossible
to rinse the soap off of your hands.
Assuming for the moment, some engineer with a modicum of brain power, and the slightest bit of life experience sat at his computer and designed this sink and faucet combination, certainly he could clearly see the limited space available for two hands to fit into the sink and under the faucet, and that they could not possibly escape the ever-present eye of the soap monster.
Was there no one available to
check his work? Failing all checkpoints
along the way, has nobody at this facility ever asked why they are constantly
buying more and more soap? Who is using
so much soap? How can this be?
Seriously, this is beyond my
understanding.
