I don’t think I’m opinionated,
just observant, and I don’t go around spouting off about the things I notice, I
simply put them here. What you do with
the information is up to you.
I never snitch on anyone; I stay
away from the political arena and avoid spiritual topics. That leaves all the nonsense and that is primarily
what I focus on. The biggest part this
blog is 99% gibberish. In
today’s atmosphere I find that refreshing.
Journalists, to me, are
depressing. They hunt out the twitching
carcass like flies and feed on the ugly remains, as if the rest of us need to
know all the blah, blah, blah. They go to school
to learn their craft and try to scoop each other.
“Ha Ha, I saw the circling buzzards
first.”
It doesn’t sadden me that the small-town
newspapers dried up and went away, but it does leave concern that the letters to the editor
section disappeared along with them. That was the only honest part of the paper, real people stating what actually is
taking place. Nothing to gain, no one
paying them to report, just, “Hey, what about this? If you do that then this will happen.”
A small part of the people’s
voice is gone and that truly is cause for concern. You can’t look too
social media. Talk about swarming with flies…
