I haven’t shaved

at all today,

my hairy face

now looks gray,

My friends don’t have

a lot to say

Most just look

the other way.

It isn’t that

I try to hide

I’m still right here

just tucked inside,

My clever job

I couldn’t save

making signs

for Burma Shave.
