My turn at bat
first pitch was high
stood my ground and didn't swing
Second pitch
was in the dirt
"Ball two" the ump did sing,
My stance was good
knees were bent
a fast ball hit my head
I thought I smelled
a Ball Park Frank
I lay at home plate dead.
