So, I’m standing on the far side
of my office, when a coupon shows up on my cell phone. My phone dings, so I look and see that the
coupon is for ice-cream. I like ice-cream
so I push the print symbol on my phone and almost instantly, across the room,
my printer spits out the very coupon I was just looking at on my phone. Is that impressive, or what?
I could see nothing flying
through my office and landing on the printer.
I heard no flapping of wings or felt any air current disruption.
I can only assume that future
technology will have the actual ice-cream cone pop out from my printer, and I’ll
either have to catch it as it comes shooting out, or I will have to add a
drip-tray to the leading edge of the printer, to catch any drips until I can
get there.
Available today, the HP Soft-Serve 3000, now with cone jam prevention.
