I should have stayed in bed

Fussing around in my garage one day, I happened to drop and break a jar of turmoil.

What a mess.  Before I even had a chance to clean it up, Ned, our dog walked through it and tracked it all over the house.

My wife saw the dog prints going across the carpet and started screaming.  Well, her screams scared the dog, who took off towards the back bedroom.  His running startled Gracie, our cat, who leapt onto the curtains and quickly climbed up to the top, hanging on and just looking around from up there.

At the speed the dog was running, he didn’t quite make the turn into the bedroom.  His back hip hit the table at the end of the hall, which knocked over the fishbowl.  Bubbles, the fish, all the water and the little castle were now on the floor.

I didn't want you thinking I made this stuff up, so I included the pictures.
