Over-the-Counter

I never really question my balance until I am at the very edge of something, looking over.  Then, for whatever reason, I feel wobbly and unstable and very unsure of myself.

The same uncertainty takes place when taking an exam.  I could have studied the subject forwards and backwards but let the first question be a curve ball and I’m suddenly at a loss.  I immediately change my focus.

Is this a number 2 pencil?  Is it sharp enough?  What if I fill in the little circle and accidentally go outside of the line?  Will the computer see my intent, or will it automatically reject it?  Just how neat do I need to be?  Again, I become very wobbly.

Living in a society that has been saturated by moronic sounding drugs, with bizarre spellings, you would think there would be something I could take for moderate to severe wobbles.

Somewhere there is a drunken Scrabble champion coming up with Zorplax, Wibblitol and Quievxa to cure the Wobbles.
