Let there be...

 

There was light in the center of the room, but not from a lamp, candle or flashlight.  There didn’t appear to be a source.  It was simply emanating from thin air.  Not from a window or skylight, but just glowing from nothing.  I didn’t understand how it was possible.

I will add to this post as I figure it out.

I have investigated all of your suggestions and so far I still haven't figured it out.

There are no mirrors.

It isn't static electricity.

There are no temperature changes in the area or any heat sources.

It is not simply my vision going funny.  I am not the only one who sees it.

I'm not giving up.  Stay tuned.  I'll tell you what I discover, even if it ends up making me look really stupid.
