Every now and then, I look through old pictures to see if there is anything blog worthy.
Many years ago, I sat along Main Street taking pictures as a 4th of July parade went by.
I have no idea who this kid is or what I ever expected to use this picture for.
I'm thinking that by now he is in his late 40's. He has gone through school and has had a few jobs doing various things.
The wagon, however, has gathered value. It has become an antique. It, most likely, has traveled between families, been handed down and has maybe even done a few gardening chores. It's also possible that along the way it was used for parts. The wheels may have been removed and put onto some motorized go-cart. Maybe the wooden sides were taken apart and used to build an ugly bookcase for a dorm room.
Of course, the worse case scenario is that the kid became a lawyer, discovered his photo on my blog and is now going to sue me for damages resulting from undue embarrassment as a result of his hat choice.

Actually, her name is Betty, and she actually still has that hat and rides on a huge float in the 4th of July parade each year. She became the mayor of the town.
