Just as people weren’t made to fly, they also weren’t meant to govern themselves.  Coming up with any form of government came out of human thought, it was nothing divine.  Of the inherent flaws in the design of man, greed is primary.  In every aspect of Man’s failures in history, greed has been the underlying issue.
