Beyond Feathers

The crows are actually growing fatter.  We all began to wonder if they would become too large to fly.  There must be a weight restriction for birds, although I haven’t a clue as to what it is.  Of course, eagles are rather large birds, as are condors, but their wingspan makes up for their excessive consumption of doughnuts and sweets.

Any speculation of birds in the future must surely include separate walkways, perhaps sidewalk adjacent.   Not unlike the bicycle paths of today, co-mingling with the automobile.    One walkway for people and one for the fat birds.  Getting the birds, however, to comprehend any signage at intersections could be problematic.

I envision anyone having sharp, pointy beaks and grabby claws to have the right-of-way.  Laws governing birdbrains, lawyers and politicians should appear in all languages, and be posted even at higher elevations, for those who still retain flight capability.
