It was 7 am this morning when I awoke to a mosquito buzzing past my ear. Having suffered from these nasty critter’s bites many, many times, I knew it wouldn’t be fooled by playing possum, as they bite possums as well. They are relentless.
It is a very distinctive sound, this buzzing. A little like the click of a Smith and Wesson's hammer being pulled back and an F-7 tornado spinning an apartment building through the air. And that, my friend, is the only warning she gives you. There is no telling from which direction she will strike, so your only hope is to start flailing both arms about, while wiggling and shaking sporadically, as if going through convulsions.
Due to her tiny size,
you’re not likely to land a direct hit and knock her to the ground, your hope
is to disturb the air around you to generate enough turbulence to alter her
flight path. Once you do that, make your way quickly into a
crowded elevator, offering her more choices than just yourself.
That’s my best
suggestion.

Swatting mosquitoes is your favorite outdoor cardio! They Love You as you have a magnetic personality—especially to mosquitoes. You know they practice medicine without a license—they’re always drawing blood! Anyway - a mosquito bite is just an uninvited love note from nature.
