It is truly unfortunate, but the food that tastes good and is a delight to eat, is never good for you. It contains sugar, various chemicals and additives. There are companies who do nothing else but work to make this food look fresh and pleasing. They do not have your best interests at heart. It is usually unnatural for something to still be edible after spending so much time from when it was produced to when it reaches you. Time is the enemy.
The modern food industry has
mastered the art of engineering flavor, texture, and appearance to hook us
emotionally and biologically. It's not just about taste anymore; it's about
shelf life, profit margins, and psychological manipulation.
Additives like preservatives,
stabilizers, and artificial colors make food look appealing long after its
natural expiration. Packaging technologies even simulate freshness—think of
misted produce or vacuum-sealed meats.
Many packaged foods travel thousands
of miles and sit in warehouses for weeks or months. To survive that journey,
they need chemical armor. That’s where time becomes the enemy, as I
said—because the longer the delay, the more unnatural intervention is required.
The system isn’t built with your health in mind—but awareness is the first step
toward reclaiming control.
Yes, this is not my usual gibberish.
I just put an additive in here to make
it appear to be an educational and worthy Blog.
How'd I do?
