Rosealetta Guttenberg
the daughter of a lawyer -
had golden locks, a winning
smile
and eyes a lovely blue -
but was born without
recognizance
and knew not what to do.
When suitors would petition
his daughter for to court,
he’d clarify position
and firmly he’d retort,
To devolve, he stated bluntly
I expound on my position
I’ll make it brief, and then
sum-up
this simple admonition -
The rule of perpetuities
the orders and the trust -
must all be met
and in good faith -
or tis your head I’ll bust.
Little Wally Klankle
a barrister to be -
said, “Caution Mr.
Guttenberg
you can not threaten me.”
I believe your admonition
has gone a bit too far -
I shall slap you with a
lawsuit -
take you up before the Bar.
When all the dust had settled
and recess came their way -
The point was mute - they can't dispute
Miss Demeanor ran away.
