It’s either
long afterward
or just a short
time later
when I
realize what I should have said.
The significance
of the issue
corresponds proportionally
to the
time span
lapsed.
Somewhere
threads connect everything
to the length
of time it all remains
in your memory.
It should be noted that as we age those threads become frayed, broken and disconnected.

And that is why we write things down and take pictures of course. Hanging out with friends is also a great way to connect the dots! Wink!
